Painting and decorating
Walls, ceilings, woodwork and exterior masonry, with repaints between tenancies for landlords.
Drains
Blockages cleared, pipes jetted clean and underground runs surveyed by camera.
Pest control
Treatment for rats, mice and wasp nests in homes, rented property and business premises.
Gas work and notifiable electrical work are not part of our handyman service.
Planned maintenance for landlords and letting agents
We agree a list of checks and a visit timetable for each property. On each visit we carry out the checks, do the small repairs on the list and tell you about anything that needs your decision.
Decorating between tenancies, drain clearing and pest treatment for the same properties can be requested through the same form.
